Auto Insurance

Protect yourself, your passengers, and your vehicle. In auto insurance, coverage goes with the car.

There are four main coverage parts to your auto insurance policy:

Coverage A- LIABILITY (Bodily Injury and Property Damage) pays for damage you cause to another person’s body or the other person’s property up to your policy’s limits. You are required to carry at least a minimum amount of liability insurance.

Coverage B- MEDICAL PAYMENTS applies to you or anyone occupying your car in the event of an accident regardless of who is at fault in the accident.

Coverage C-UNINSURED AND UNDERINSURED MOTORISTS applies when the other guy who caused the accident does not have any coverage or does not have enough coverage to pay you for your injuries or damage to your vehicle.

Coverage D -COLLISION AND/OR COMPREHENSIVE insures your automobile…your property. Collision applies to damage to a car by an accident whether it is caused by you or another person. Collision is an impact with another vehicle or object. Comprehensive applies to events such as hail, a tree falling on your vehicle, rock hitting the windshield causing a crack, if you hit a deer, etc……There is a deductible for coverage D.

There are exclusions to each type of coverage, so it is a good idea to talk with your agent and make sure you understand your policy. When it comes to auto insurance no two policies are exactly the same. We customize your auto coverage to fit your needs. Call us today for a quote! 765-644-2591
